ABOUT PENINSULA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT Peninsula Property Management (PPM) is a property management team for residential and multiple-family units operating in Kitsap and North Mason Counties, Washington specializing in full service property management.
PPM Principals.
The principals of PPM are Ken LeMay and Lisa K. Johnson. They are the owner and broker, respectively, of PPM. They have, collectively, over 36 years of experience in the real estate industry. They personally oversee all contracts, policies, and procedures, and work to educate their team members to provide excellent service to their clients.

Pat is specifically committed to representing the landlord's best interest and needs from initial meeting, through advertising the unit to moving in a tenant, and all the way through the rental contract. Her philosophy that honesty, loyalty, understanding, accountability and creativity are the foundation of building a lasting relationship is what makes her very different from the masses of property managers in the world today. Geri Jordan A farm-girl by heart, born and raised in Mason county, Geri is a professional who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. Having learned the applications of Property Management from The Best (Jack Abney, Hartwig PM in Lancaster, CA) Geri brought her hands-on experience back to Washington to service Kitsap county in 1985 and has been developing her expertise ever since. Geri's knowledge of the property management field has given her a thorough understanding of the importance of serving a property owner, finding qualified tenants and respecting the value of a long term professional relationship. She is passionate about her business and the relationships that develop from it. Having always been a diligent advocate in her community, Geri has received a long list of acknowledgments in Kitsap County. Since the beginning of her career she has been an active member of KCAR (Kitsap Association of Realtors), serving as the organization's president in 2000. Geri was recognized as Realtor of the Year in 1998 and 2000. She was granted the Realtor Achievement Award in 1999. Currently, Geri serves as the state director of WSAR (WA State Association of Realtors) and is an RPAC (Realtor Political Action Council) Trustee. In her spare time Geri enjoys gardening, loving the relationship of forging the land and giving back to it. Each day begins and ends with her loving Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, Chuey Biscotti Von Francis (aka Puddy-Mon). A proud parent, Geri reaps the rewards of many grandchildren and her time shared with them. She values those moments in the company of her loving life-partner Jimmi. Jennifer Duenas Jennifer has been a resident of the Central Kitsap area since 1980 and is very familiar with what the region has to offer. She spent six years in retail management and customer service learning at that time that she loved to problem solve, and also developed her excellent customer service skills. Jennifer began her career in property management 3 years ago as a director of finances. After honing her accounting skills she then decided to pursue a real estate license in order to be able to expand her real estate endeavors in property management. Jennifer has been married to her wonderful husband, Ben, since 1993 and together they have two beautiful girls, Alia and Gillian. She and her family own several rental properties of their own and understand what the needs are from both an owner and tenant perspective. Jennifer has enjoyed volunteering with a variety of organizations over the years. She has been involved with the Head Start program and with her childrens' schools. She was active with the Girl Scouts for many years and also thoroughly loved fostering animals through the Humane Society. Her church life has been very important to her and because of this she has tons of experience on various committees. In her spare time she relishes the time spent with her family. Enjoying the outdoors, reading and doing the Sunday crossword puzzle in pen are also favorite pastimes.
