TENANT PLACEMENT SERVICE provides owners the opportunity to manage their own properties. The tenants are processed in the same manner that is given to properties we manage. Services provided:
Advertise on web site and post sign optional
Review properties with prospective tenants
Process rental application, copy provided to Owner
Arrange for prospective tenant(s) and landlords to meet for preparation of rental agreement
Property Managers do not sign rental/leases with Tenant Placement Service
Schedule Fee is 1/2 of first month's rent and actual costs expense ads and sign
