MAINTENANCE & INSPECTION SERVICES
- Only qualified workman are allowed to work on properties
- Screen vendors to ensure fair pricing and quality workmanship
- Each vendor is required to be licensed, bonded and insured
- Schedule and check repairs upon completion of major work
- Contractors are to report any potential problem when visiting the property
- Major repairs are approved by Landlord prior to assigning workman
- 24/7 telephone service for emergencies repairs
- Maintenance Inspection Program upon initial contract

Video or detailed digital photos are taken of each property upon
initial contract & move in
- Property Inspections are conducted three times a year
(move-in, mid-year,and at move-out or lease renewal)
- Tenants Manual covers helpful hints on care and maintenance
